Return Policy
We unconditionally guarantee that all the goods shipped to you are directly shipped by our factory, not resold products. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you can apply for a return to us within 5 days of receiving the goods! (All returned products must be guaranteed to be unworn and attached with original labels)
Return process
1. To ensure that your return and exchange are smooth, please send an email to cacuse@svip-support.com. Please indicate your order name or order number in the email and tell us the reason for the return and exchange!
2. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the returned goods in the original packaging. (Please note that the items must be guaranteed to be unworn and attached with original labels)
3. Drop your package off at your local post office.
4. Most returns will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your package. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Return Conditions
1. You have 1-5 days to decide if an item is right for you, and if you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 1-5 days of delivery.
3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Bodysuits, Lingerie, Swimwear, Jewelry, Underwear.
4. Gifts and standard non-returnable items are not allowed to be returned.
6. We do not provide freight collect (FTC) service for returned packages. The return costs are at your own expense.
7. Please always check carefully before sending the return.
Note: The original shipping cost and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.

If you wish to return any item to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect your return processing.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
